Returns & Exchanges:
Thank you for shopping with Valija! We hope you love your items as much as we do. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of unused, unwashed and unaltered items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. You must provide your proof of purchase. Merchandise on SALE can only be returned for web store credit, which will be provided to you as a Gift Card.

Gift cards, promotional items, bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, intimate apparel items, personal care and consumable items are not returnable or exchangeable. All Beauty and Wellness products purchased must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging. As per Puerto Rico Health Dept. statues, for hygiene reasons, earrings or sets with earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.


To initiate a return or exchange, click on the link at the bottom of this page or click hereThis will lead you to our Returns Center. Enter the order number and email to find your order in the system. Choose the item(s) and quantity you would like to return or exchange and follow the steps to receive your return authorization number (RMA#). Fill the returns & exchanges form mailed to you with your items and make sure to include the RMA#. Please tell us why you are returning or exchanging the item, and in case of exchanges, the new item for which you are exchanging.

We will cover shipping costs for items that are defective due to manufacturing, workmanship, fulfillment mistakes or that are damaged during shipping. If you're not happy with your product and you want to return it, for your convenience we will gladly provide you with a return label and deduct $5 form your refund. In case of exchanges, the cost of shipping must be covered by you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider tracking your shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notifying you that we have received your returned item. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, minus the original and return shipping charges, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Not received your approved refund yet?
If you haven’t received your approved and processed refund, please check your account over several days. Electronic payments sometimes take a considerable amount of time to process. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted even after it is processed and received.

Returning Gift Items:
The original order number is necessary to process the return. If the item was a gift purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a Gift Card will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t identified as a gift when purchased, or the order wasn’t shipped directly to you, we will send a refund to the original buyer.
